On September 24, 2015, Heather Cooper and Rob Worster attended the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association’s Continuing Legal Education Seminar on Equitable Distribution.
This full day event covered recent legislative and case law developments in Virginia, and elsewhere, as well as a plethora of practice tips and
pitfalls. It was led by a distinctive faculty and was very well attended.
The scope of material covered was an excellent reminder that family law truly intersects with every other practice area.
