Paralegal
Jamie L. O. Montoney has been a paralegal with Cooper Ginsberg Gray, PLLC since January 2019. She assists the firm’s attorneys with all aspects of their cases from inception to conclusion. She has a wealth of varied experience, having worked extensively in criminal, civil litigation, and domestic law firms in the Northern Virginia area. Ms. Montoney also previously served as a Deputy Clerk with the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
Ms. Montoney earned an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Northern Virginia Community College in 2007, and a Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University in 2023 with double major in Sociology and Criminal Justice.
Born and raised in the Northern Virginia area, Ms. Montoney currently lives in Prince William County with her husband, Eric, and their two sons.
Ms. Montoney is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association (Paralegal Section and Family Law Section) and the Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia, and serves on the advisory board for the Northern Virginia Community College Paralegal Studies program.
