Jamie Montoney has been a paralegal with Cooper Ginsberg Gray, PLLC since 2019. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys and clients, providing support throughout every stage of the legal process while helping ensure that each case receives careful attention and thorough preparation.

Before joining Cooper Ginsberg Gray, Ms. Montoney gained extensive experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, and domestic relations law at firms throughout Northern Virginia. Her diverse legal background enables her to anticipate clients’ needs, navigate complex legal matters, and provide knowledgeable guidance throughout the course of a case.

Ms. Montoney also previously served as a Deputy Clerk with the Fairfax County Circuit Court, giving her valuable insight into court procedures and the judicial process. This experience provides her with a unique perspective on litigation and allows her to assist attorneys and clients with confidence and a thorough understanding of the court system.

A lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, Ms. Montoney resides in Prince William County with her family and her two Rottweilers, Ava and Cash.
