ROBERT KOTWICKI

Office Manager

Robert A. Kotwicki was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia. He comes from a large family with four older siblings and thirteen nieces and nephews, with the majority of them living near Northern Virginia. Robert has worked in the legal field for the better part of the last 30 years.

Robert joined the firm of Cooper Ginsberg Gray PLLC as Office Manager in 2006 and has been instrumental in its steady growth. His responsibilities include financial administration, human resource management, technology innovation, computer management, facilities management, website management, marketing, and strategic planning. He is also responsible for all matters pertaining to accounts payables, and oversees the Billing Department, working closely with our Billing Manager (Mackenzie) in that regard.

Robert has been a member of the Association of Legal Administrators since 2004 and has attended national and regional conferences on various topics such as Human Resource Management, Industry Trends, and the Profitability of Small Law Firms. He is active in the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. He is also an affiliate member of the Fairfax Bar Association.

Robert takes great pride in helping organize the firm’s Chipping In to End Domestic Violence Charity Golf Tournament. Now in its 23rd year, the golf tournament has raised over $730,000 for Artemis House, Fairfax County’s only 24-hour emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking.

In addition to his active work in the local community, Robert enjoys sports and motorsports (especially on the local and minor level) and supporting live independent music (especially Texas Country and Red Dirt). When not enjoying local sports or music, he can be found spending time with his family and friends, or his excellent buddy Dunkin, the English Bulldog. Whether Dunkin is visiting Sunrise Senior Living on a weekly basis, popping in at local wineries and breweries, or working his annual gig as the Golf Tournament Mascot – he is putting smiles on faces!
