Billing Manager
Lauren M. Oufiero joined the firm of Cooper Ginsberg Gray in 2013 and is responsible for all billing operations as our Billing Manager.
Lauren was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia. Before joining our firm, she worked as an administrative assistant for other Northern Virginia law firms, strengthening her ability to meet goals and objectives and interact and communicate well with clients.
Lauren serves as our clients’ primary point of contact for any billing needs. She is involved in all aspects of front office administration, working with our attorneys, staff, third-party vendors, and most importantly our clients, to ensure that our clients’ needs and expectations are exceeded.
In addition, Lauren works closely with the firm’s Office Manager, ensuring that Cooper Ginsberg Gray has the most efficient programs and procedures in place so that the entire office (and the Billing Department) runs smoothly.
Beyond business hours, Lauren likes to fuel her creative side with hobbies such as drawing, exercising, and projects around the house. She also loves a good book, relaxing by the T.V., and hanging out with family/friends (and with her dog, Gary).
