What is the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Conference?
Over the course of the conference, over 120 lawyers, judges, and lay persons learned about new developments in the disciplinary system and worked in small groups to simulate the scenarios the committees will be presented with throughout the year when they review complaints and investigations of lawyers in their district.
