Kiley Smith joined Cooper Ginsberg Gray in 2025 as an Administrative Assistant. She is from Bristow, VA, and graduated from William & Mary in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. While in school, she developed a passion for law through her classwork, an internship at a public defender’s office, and her time on the mock trial team.
Kiley currently lives in Arlington and plans to attend law school. Her interest in family law stems from shadowing in the Prince William Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court as well as her own family’s experiences. In her time at Cooper Ginsberg Gray, Kiley has had multiple opportunities to observe attorneys in trials, hearings, depositions, and mediation sessions. Seeing CGG attorneys zealously advocate for their clients has reaffirmed her desire to pursue a career in litigation.
In her spare time, Kiley enjoys reading novels, attending concerts, discovering new TV shows, and spending time with friends and family.
