Nia Cole is a Northern Virginia native who was born and raised in Fairfax County. She joined Cooper Ginsberg Gray in 2026 after several years of administrative experience in the medical field. Eager to expand her professional knowledge and pursue a long-standing interest in the legal profession, Nia found the opportunity to join the firm’s administrative team to be a natural transition into a new career. She is committed to providing exceptional support to both the firm’s attorneys and clients.

Outside of the office, Nia enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, working out, and going on adventures with her boyfriend, Robert. Her faith is an important part of her life, and she enjoys attending Sunday services and participating in church-related events.
