Lauren M. Oufiero joined Cooper Ginsberg Gray in 2013 as the Billing Manager and transitioned into the role of Firm Administrator in 2025 after more than a decade with the firm.

Lauren was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an administrative assistant for other Northern Virginia law firms, which strengthened her ability to meet goals and objectives, and to interact and communicate well with clients.

During the early years with Cooper Ginsberg Gray, Lauren worked closely with the former Office Manager, gaining exposure to the financial and operational aspects of law firm management. This experience sparked her interest in the broader business side of legal administration and provided a foundation for her current role.

As Firm Administrator, Lauren oversees the firm’s business operations, human resources, vendor relationships, recruiting, technology projects, and day-to-day management. She works closely with staff and outside consultants to support efficient firm operations while helping implement new systems and processes that enhance client and employee experience.

Lauren is an active member of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), where she participates in professional development opportunities and collaborates with fellow legal management professionals on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Beyond business hours, Lauren likes to fuel her creative side with hobbies such as drawing, staying active, and doing fun projects around the house. She also loves a good book, unwinding with a favorite show, and spending quality time with family, friends and her dog, Gary.
