Daphne Encarnacion was born and raised near Charlottesville, Virginia. She joined Cooper Ginsberg Gray, PLLC as an Administrative Support Assistant in 2023. Prior to joining CGG, Daphne spent 20 years with State Farm Insurance, where she held a variety of positions and developed extensive experience in customer service, operations, billing support, and administrative management.

Since joining the firm, Daphne has become a valued member of the CGG team through her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to exceptional client service. Her dedication, professionalism, and ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues led to her promotion to Billing Assistant in 2025.

As Cooper Ginsberg Gray’s primary point of contact for billing matters, Daphne works closely with attorneys, staff, third-party vendors, and clients to ensure billing processes are accurate, efficient, and responsive to client needs. She takes pride in streamlining processes, resolving billing inquiries promptly, and helping deliver a seamless experience for the firm’s clients. Known for her reliability and client-focused approach, Daphne plays an important role in supporting the firm’s commitment to excellence.

Daphne is the proud parent of one child, Ethan. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends while attending concerts and wineries.
