CGG partner Dan Gray had the honor and privilege of serving on the faculty of the 2026 American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Associates Institute in Chicago, September 24 to 28. He was assigned a group of associate attorneys to mentor during the Institute, and enjoyed getting to know these young lawyers and learn about their practices in Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, and Maryland. Dan also got to work with AAML friends from all over the country on the Institute faculty. Dan lectured on cross-examination of mental health experts, whether a shared custody presumption should replace the “best interests” standard, and client counseling.
