Trish Palmer has been working as a paralegal for over 25 years, almost exclusively in family law, and joined Cooper Ginsberg Gray in 2025.  Ms. Palmer is well-versed in all aspects of family law matters and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm.  Ms. Palmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Development from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).

Ms. Palmer has previously served on the Virginia State Bar’s Disciplinary District Committee as a lay member.  She has also held many volunteer positions with her sons’ travel soccer club, including team manager and team treasurer.

Outside of work, Ms. Palmer enjoys spending time with her husband, two busy sons and the family’s dogs, Bert and Ernie.  In her spare time, Ms. Palmer is an avid runner and a newbie golfer and she enjoys traveling to see far-flung friends and with her family.
