Lauren M. Oufiero joined the firm of Cooper Ginsberg Gray in 2013 as the Billing Manager and, after over a decade of being with the firm, transitioned into the role of Firm Administrator in 2025.
Lauren was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia. Before joining our firm, she worked as an administrative assistant for other Northern Virginia law firms, which strengthened her ability to meet goals and objectives and to interact and communicate well with clients.
During her tenure at Cooper Ginsberg Gray, Lauren worked closely with the former Office Manager, gaining valuable insight into the financial and operational aspects of running a law firm. Her interest in expanding her knowledge and experience led her to attend Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) conferences beginning in 2023. By 2025, she became an active member of the Northern Virginia Chapter, growing from an observer to a contributing member who now takes part in roundtable discussions, sharing insights, exchanging advice, and building connections with fellow firm administrators.
As Firm Administrator, Lauren oversees financial operations, human resources, and day-to-day business management. She also continues to collaborate closely with the Billing Department, working alongside the Billing Assistant to manage accounts receivable and ensure smooth financial processes.
Beyond business hours, Lauren likes to fuel her creative side with hobbies such as drawing, staying active, and doing fun projects around the house. She also loves a good book, unwinding with a favorite show, and spending quality time with family, friends and her dog, Gary.
