Last night, CGG attended An Evening of Luv at the Bethesda Country Club. The gala was hosted by the The Luv u Project – an organization whose mission is to bring awareness to mental health within the workplace.
The Luv U Project was co-founded by CGG attorney, Alex Lewis, after a senseless tragedy took the life of his wife’s mother, Carolyn Mattingly. Alex’s wife, Christin, gave a moving and heartfelt speech that shined a light on her own experiences following the aftermath of her family’s devastating loss and served as a call to action for workplaces to ensure that the mental health of their employees is a priority.
CGG was honored and proud to be a sponsor of the event (which was as fun as it was elegant – as we were treated to the talents of the amazing Lewis Black – a friend and devoted supporter of the Project).
