CGG Plans, Participates, and Attends Informative Family Law CLE

On April 9, 2013, the Domestic Relations Subcommittee of the Fairfax County Circuit Court Committee conducted a Continuing Legal Education seminar at the Fairfax County Courthouse. The focus of this CLE was a review of common issues concerning the presentation and exclusion of evidence for the Family Law Attorney.

The evening included the insights of Judges Dennis Smith, Randy Bellows, Jan Brodie and Jane Roush along with expert witnesses Wayne Berthelsen, Jeffrey Capron, Ed Farber, and Trudy Koslow. Topics ranged from business valuations, vocational rehabilitation, the use of child psychologists and guardians ad litem in child custody cases, and a range of evidentiary issues frequently encountered.  The seminar was so popular that there was a standing room only audience, including most of the attorneys at CGG.

Our very own Robert M. Worster, III planned and participated in this very informative seminar.    Great work, Rob!
