On February 4, 2016, Robert M. Worster III and Kristen Kugel judged the 9th Annual John L. Costello National Criminal Law Trial Advocacy Competition hosted by the George Mason School of Law Trial Advocacy Association. This competition brings students together from law schools all over the country and is held at the Fairfax County Courthouse. This competition provides a unique experience for students. As the rounds progress, additional facts and witnesses are revealed. This challenges students to re-adjust and re-evaluate their case throughout the competition and gives them a taste of a real trial experience.
