The Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia will have its regular board meeting at Cooper Ginsberg Gray on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 10:00. Cooper Ginsberg Gray will provide light refreshments for the board meeting. Members are invited to attend and have input on the coming events and educational offerings. The board will discuss the member social at Captain Pell’s in August.
Also the board will discuss and finalize the planning of the half day CLE scheduled for September 26, 2015 at the Government Center. Karen Nelson and Joanne Randa have been working on this event arranging and organizing the distinguished group of speakers. Sharon Nelson, Esquire and John Simek of Sensei Enterprises will present the Ethical Misadventures of Lawyers in the Digital Era. Retired Judges Stanley P. Klein of The McCammon Group and John Kloch of Juridical Solutions will present Mediation and Arbitration. Thomas E. Spahn, Esquire of McGuireWoods, LLP will discuss Ethics, Confidentiality and Privilege for Paralegals and other Non-lawyer Colleagues. Our good friend and corporate member, JJ Rochefort, of Planet Depos will provide the lunch for the CLE.
