CGG WELCOMES ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY, CARLY ANDERSON, AND PARALEGAL, CLAUDIA MEDINA ARTIGA

CGG is proud to announce that Carly M. Anderson has joined the firm as an associate attorney, and Claudia Medina Artiga has joined the firm as a paralegal.

Carly previously worked for CGG as intern while home from JMU during summer and winter breaks.  After earning her law degree from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, Carly worked at Legal Services of Northern Virginia, where she represented military veterans in a variety of matters (including housing, consumer and family law issues), and represented victims of domestic violence in matters of divorce, custody, visitation, child and spousal support, and family abuse protective orders.

Claudia graduated from law school in Bogota, Columbia.  She thereafter worked as a prosecutor for the District Attorney’s office, working mainly with victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence.  After moving to Northern Virginia, Claudia joined Legal Services of Northern Virginia as a paralegal and supported a group of family law attorneys in cases involving issues of divorce, custody, visitation, domestic violence and child support.  Claudia is a bilingual professional, who brings a compassionate approach to client relationships coupled with an understanding of cultural nuances.
