Mrs. Joanne B. Randa, senior paralegal with Cooper, Ginsberg, Gray PLLC, has been with the firm since its inception in 2004. She has worked exclusively in the field of domestic relations for the last 10 years. She assists the firm's attorneys with all aspects of their cases including discovery, trial preparation, and preparation of pleadings.

Robert A. Kotwicki joined the firm of Cooper Ginsberg Gray PLLC in September 2006. Mr. Kotwicki has 15 years of experience in the administration and functioning of family law practice groups.

Dawn A. Matthews joined the firm of Cooper Ginsberg Gray PLLC in December 2005. Ms. Matthews has 10 years of experience and knowledge in the administrative aspects of family law firms.
